Frequently Asked Questions

 Our picnics are set for 4 hours as standard. If you need extra time, you can add it to your booking for a small fee. 

 We can style your picnic in parks, gardens, beaches, backyards, indoor venues, or any approved Melbourne location. 

 Each picnic includes low tables, rugs, cushions, table styling, plates, cutlery, glasses, and decorative touches. Package inclusions may vary depending on the setup you choose so check out our 3 packages.

 Our picnics can be styled for 2 guests up to 12 guests depending on the package.

 We currently don’t provide catering, however you’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, or grazing platters to enjoy during your picnic. 

 Absolutely. We regularly style picnics for proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, and special celebrations. 

 We arrive before your booking time to fully set up the picnic so everything is ready when you arrive. 

 No cleaning required. Simply enjoy your picnic and we’ll return at the end of your booking to pack everything away. 

 You can reschedule for free or move the picnic to an indoor location of your choice. We’ll work with you to find the best backup option subject to availability.

 ravel within Melbourne metro is included. Locations further out may incur a small travel fee. 

 We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends as dates fill quickly. 

 Bookings are confirmed with a $100 deposit, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to your picnic date. 

 Yes. A $100 refundable bond is required for all bookings. The bond will be returned after the picnic once all items are collected and checked for any damage or missing items.
